Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Online Strategy: Work with the Commercial Manager to create and manage online retail strategies for growth.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and execute brand marketing strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Create strategies to attract and retain online customers and improve their shopping experience.
- Content Creation: Write engaging content for ads and emails.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with different teams to run marketing and eCommerce activities.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers and media partners.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze brand and competitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay Updated: Keep track of industry trends to ensure content is relevant.
E-Commerce Management:
- Daily Operations: Oversee eStore operations, including order fulfillment and customer inquiries.
- Content Management: Ensure accurate product information across all platforms.
- Promotions: Plan and execute marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Livestreaming: Manage livestream campaigns on platforms like TikTok.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to resolve issues and improve user experience.
- Performance Review: Analyze product and campaign performance to improve effectiveness.
Requirement:
- Education: Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in eCommerce, preferably in FMCG
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with Shopee, Lazada, and eStore; proven success in driving eCommerce revenue.
- eStore Management: Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
- Creative Skills: Strong aesthetic sense; basic skills in Adobe Illustrator or image-editing tools like Photopea preferred.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
