After-sales repair centre looking for Technical Support Manager
Job Description:
-oversee the entire warranty process from initial contact to resolution
-ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service
-good communication skills with Malaysia customer service team to update the repair status accordingly
-lead, mentor and train the after sales service team to enhance their performance and skills
-identify areas for improvement in the after-sales service process and implement solutions
-Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and secure necessary support.
-Negotiate with suppliers for better terms, replacements, or repairs under warranty.
-inventory management: ensure the spare part is enough for daily operation
-identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses
-Possess some knowledge in the repair and troubleshooting for home appliances
Salary Range：SGD4000-5000
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the home appliances industry.
-Good command (both spoken and written) in English and chinese in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers & China supplier
-Able to work 5.5-Day a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm
