Main Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing payroll processes
  • Calculation of wages (Overtime, Incentives, Variable bonus), deductions, and tax compliance for local company and subsidiaries
  • Handle HR operational tasks
  • Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system
  • Such as conducting interview, recruitment, staff resignation, exit clearance matter, workpass assessment, application and renewal and insurance claims
  • Responsible in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data records
  • Including personal information, employment contracts for new hire, leave records, performance evaluations and other HR related letters
  • Prepare HR reports and surveys when neccessary
  • procure office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc and issuance of work pass and cards to employees
  • Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Min 1 year of HR-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of WhyzeHR system is ad added advantage
  • Strong understanding or HR principles, independent and self motivated
  • Able to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking colleagues
  • Singaporeans will be considered
