Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing payroll processes
- Calculation of wages (Overtime, Incentives, Variable bonus), deductions, and tax compliance for local company and subsidiaries
- Handle HR operational tasks
- Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system
- Such as conducting interview, recruitment, staff resignation, exit clearance matter, workpass assessment, application and renewal and insurance claims
- Responsible in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data records
- Including personal information, employment contracts for new hire, leave records, performance evaluations and other HR related letters
- Prepare HR reports and surveys when neccessary
- procure office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc and issuance of work pass and cards to employees
- Ad-hoc HR/Admin tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Min 1 year of HR-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of WhyzeHR system is ad added advantage
- Strong understanding or HR principles, independent and self motivated
- Able to multitask under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking colleagues
- Singaporeans will be considered
