Job Description:
- Perform carpark administrative duties
- Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email
- Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in processing and updating client’s data
- Perform month-end closing duties
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- IT savvy will be a plus
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work well in a team
- Be proactive and able to take initiative
- Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy
Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
