Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and meeting thru cold calling.
- Handle and nurture relationships with all customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
- Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients.
- Responsible for prospecting and developing new customers.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, with preferably a minimum of 1 year experience in related field, preferably in Retail/Marine industries.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Sales & Marketing of marine industry or equivalent.
- Good spoken & written in English - to liaise with various associates effectively.
- Candidates must be result oriented and self-driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and jovial personality with strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
