We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Captain to oversee all aspects of our business, ensuring a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Night Shifts: Availability to work night shifts as we operate until 3 AM.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali to cater to our Indian customers.
- Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of SMO (Social Media Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service.
- Order Management: Ability to take orders and prepare daily reports.
- Reporting: Generate monthly sales and purchase reports for the Managing Director.
- Operations Coordination: Manage daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Product Quality: Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Shift Management: Organize and supervise shifts.
- Staff Appraisal: Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Inventory Management: Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Brand Management: Maintain the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Cost Control: Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.
