Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Dental Clinic to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of services. To ensure high level of service is provided to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and support clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out

Perform duties of regular dental clinic operation, including registration, dispensing of medications, collection of payment and enquiries

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations

Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care

Maintaining clinic cleanliness and tidiness

Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by superior

Qualifications & Experience

Preferably a Diploma

Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or experiences will be an advantage

Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply

Some dental knowledge preferred

Skills

Self-motivated and able to work well in a team

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with common office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

Preferably sales background

Outgoing and vocal

Working Hours

Weekdays 9am to 6pm

Saturdays 9am to 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
