Job Description:
- Opening new and servicing existing customer outlets for new and recurring orders
- Develop and maximize sales with customers through strong rapport and professional business relationship
- Keep up to date on prices and ensure good performance on the distribution of products to customers
- Reminders and collections of outstanding payments/bills
- General reporting of sales performance within your portfolio to the Company
- Ad-hoc duties as per customer/ management request
- Strategic Planning abilities to forecast trends and formulate plans
- Able to execute the strategic plan by leading a team of 2-3 sales personnel to achieve sales targets
- Able to travel and visit customers
- Report achievement of market situation/market research
- Good leadership skills and ability to train, delegate, and monitor progress.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food Services Distribution
- Possess strong analytics, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Class 3 valid license will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English & Chinese
- Good verbal communication
- Positive attitude and strong passion in sales
- Resilient and result oriented to achieve sales target
- Familiarity with F&B market trends and customer perferences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
