Job Responsibilities
- Assist with tender management and agreements for Key account customers.
- Ensure consistent service performance levels and strive for improvements when interacting with customers.
- Able to leverage on the ONE internal system (ONEFORCE) for continuous improvement of service level.
- Be proactive in coordinating communications with overseas account managers for actions in resolving issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of all the filing rates and contractual terms in the system for non-Tender, existing contracts and expiring rates.
- Able to translate customer enquiries into booking data using the internal system.
- Participate to drive digital adoption and deflection for organizational efficiency.
- Able to analyze Sales KPI / KAR performance using the internal system.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-2 years of container shipping operation working experience in similar field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
- Possess interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Self-motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
