We are looking for Operations Executive (Site Surveyor/Servicing) who will be our frontline to help us deliver the best possible experience to our customers. We are looking for energetic, mobile folk who enjoy conversing with others from all walks of life. Air-con installation experience is desirable, but training will be given. The job scope involves identifying key installation information for our operations and installation teams on-site, and liaising with customer on the best set of requirements. You will need to be able to convert prospective buyers who are on the fence to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule aircon installations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of the service.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries effectively.
- Oversee and manage a group of technical personnel including training and performance management.
- Oversee and manage service recovery for any issues that may arise during installation.
- Ensure accurate data input for aircon related works.
- Analyse data to identify and highlight trends.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the aircon department.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Handle other operational duties as the team requires.
Qualifications:
- Able to commit 5.5 day work week (Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm)
- Good at sales and/or communicating to customers
- Must have a valid driving license (Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in air-con installation is a plus, but not required
- Preference given to candidates with their own mode of transportation (motorcycle or car)
