Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Follow instruction as per SOP for Maintenance Officer.
- Assists the duty personnel for Electrical /Aircon /Plumbing/Carpentry/Painting issues whenever required after receiving call or Paging system.
- Update upon completion or inform Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Manager /ACE if need to follow up with respective trade (Aircon/Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry or other Works) if it will take long time or major. Updates daily Utilities readings / Monthly Tenant readings in the absence of Maintenance Manager.
- Do Gen-Set testing and log down accordingly and report to DOE / ACE / Maintenance Manager if got any issues.
- Coordinate with respective trade colleagues for the works.
- Assists on Preventive Maintenance works whenever required.
- Assists on the small projects, Seasonal and special works during festive seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.)
- High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements
- Occupational Certification in Engineering or equivalent
- Previous working experience in hotels will be an advantage and you must be able to work on shifts and weekends/public holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills
