Our client is a local company, one of the leaders in the IT industry. They are looking for Service Technicians to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East and Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and fix Apple devices
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain seamless operational processes
- Manage the ordering and returning of parts efficiently
- Adhere to workplace safety and security protocols
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding customer feedback
- Perform additional tasks and special assignments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license
