Job Responsibilities:
(1) Maintain and expand the team's existing pool of GLCs/TLCs, Fortune 500 companies, and international and local large corporates. Eke out and pursue potential business opportunities with existing and/or potential customers, with an emphasis on green/sustainability-linked financing (such as green energy) and on industries which are of strategic importance to Singapore's economy.
(2) Propose, structure, and originate solutions for existing customers and prospective names. Deliver marketing and sales pitches, initiate credit and perform maintenance of existing accounts, and cross-sell. Leverage on the Bank's global network and expertise as well as suite of comprehensive products to: (i) increase share of wallet and (ii) enhance customer stickiness and return for the Bank.
(3)Expand and deepen relationships with existing customer groups, and scale up by pursuing business opportunities with existing customers' third-party buyers and suppliers.
(4) Actively manage and control risk, including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk and AML/CFT risk. Proactive post-loan management is expected.
Job Requirements:
(1) At least 15 years of relevant experience in Wholesale Banking with familiarity in the GLC/TLC and large international/local corporates landscape, and adept at various cross-sell (treasury, transaction banking, investment banking/capital markets). Previous experience in structuring and originating green/sustainability-linked transactions preferred.
(2) Resilient team player willing to mentor and guide less experienced co-workers sought.
(3) Bachelor's degree or above.
