Job Summary
As the Company Secretary Executive at Statrys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of businesses in Singapore. This position offers you the unique opportunity to work with a global specialized team dedicated to company incorporation services, a cornerstone of our firm's offerings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients navigate the complexities of setting up a company seamlessly and that they do so in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
This role is tailored for a registered, qualified individual with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in company incorporation services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Company Incorporation Services: Work with the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registrations, and ongoing client matters.
- Client Consultation and Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, assisting with due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Nominee Director Services: Act as a nominee director for client companies, fulfilling all legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for company incorporations. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date KYC/CDD information for client relationships.
- Stakeholder Communication: Contribute to effective communication with clients and regulatory bodies (e.g., ACRA/IRAS) under the guidance of the senior team.
- Business Development: Assist the sales and marketing teams with tasks related to attracting new clients for company incorporation services.
Requirements:
- Qualified individual to be local/nominee director
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in company incorporation
services - Understanding of local and international business laws and regulations
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Ability to work with a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using company incorporation software and tools
- Ability to liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies
- Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented
- High level of integrity and discretion
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with various entities, such as banks and accountants, and improve different partnerships to serve our clients better.
