Responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements and documenting the same.
- Writing use cases, facilitating meetings, documenting notes, creating deliverables, and establishing healthy business relationships.
- Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis.
- Writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
- Develop application based on the requirements gathered and perform unit test.
- Quality assurance, including the creation of testing scripts and test execution.
Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)
- Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, IT Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science.
- Years of Experience: 5 Years of work experience in IT.
- Strong customer service skills along with a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process, and product quality and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to conduct internal and external meetings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Lifecycle) in implementation organizations.
- Ability to work with considerable latitude and independence of action.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of detailed information, quickly understand complex issues, and break information down into smaller, more manageable pieces.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in Campus Solution implementation / upgrade.
- Work experience in in building API and implementing in PeopleSoft.
