Primary Responsibilities
- Independently assess and treat patients in speech therapy.
- Communicate with doctors and the medical team.
- Accurately document patient records and charge patients.
- Regularly update performance records.
- Follow clinical and service standards.
- Supervise team assistants.
- Seek support for clinical issues when needed.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Work with healthcare teams and join case conferences.
- Participate in clinical research.
- Check inventory and equipment regularly.
- Help update clinical protocols and SOPs.
- Manage assigned projects.
- Lead and participate in quality control activities.
- Promote clinical services.
- Help train new speech therapy students and therapists.
- Contribute to training programs and educational talks.
- Continuously improve speech therapy knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Speech Therapy that is recognized in Singapore.
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council.
