- Establish and maintain a system for filing and archiving all essential information
- Oversee and assist in the collation of statistics to various government agencies
- Assist the Medical Director and the medical team
- Provide secretarial support to the Medical Director
- Support external and internal projects as directed by the Medical Director
- Support the Medical Director and the medical team in the medical students attachment, residency programme and preparation for internal and external training
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Admin/Health Science
- Min 1 year experience in medical affairs or medical education executive
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
