Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of event activities.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Integrated Events & Project Management or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a proven track record of successful events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timeless simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and event staff.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage event budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
