Business Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating potential clients and candidates, organizing the search process, writing job descriptions, and responding to applications and nominations.
- Managing full spectrum of recruitment process till placement and closure
Business Requirements:
- Able to work independently and remotely when required
- Relevant experience in Recruitment Agencies and with Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) is a MUST to be able to conduct Employment Agency work.
