We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated and organised individual to join the team to provide high-level administrative partnership to the team.

This position provides day-to-day assistance to client-facing professionals. Key responsibilities of the role will include actively supporting the business operations process and facilitating internal and external communication.

The Analyst will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain an effective balance among multiple priorities.


Job Responsibilities:


Handle administrative, communication and team management support:

  • Be responsible for diary management for senior members
  • Travel arrangements and scheduling meetings for team
  • Manage the team’s expense requests and claims
  • Co-ordinate team activities and events

Undertake a range of activities focused on project finance:

  • Support staff on-boarding and exit.
  • Support troubleshooting of internal system matters and ad hoc internal reporting, internal approvals
  • Support initiatives with Corporate Comms Dept
  • Support follow up for deal related admin
  • Support power-point presentation e.g. formatting, book updates
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualified
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in corporate and investment banking or another relevant financial services environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Effectively adapts to varied situations
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High degree of common sense and a willingness to assume responsibility
  • Eager to get involved and fully participate in the team, “can do“attitude
  • Able to work independently and adaptable to changing environments
  • Experience in handling confidential or sensitive matters
  • Experience in working with a diverse team
