Responsibilities:
- Rollout plan creation & execution, including customer acceptance.
- Management of internal and external field deployment teams/members, including Subcontractor.
- Rollout scope is delivered within cost, time and required quality.
- Achieving targeted rollout, committed to Customer for his/her region.
- Monitor and provide operational visibility to assure proper project reporting done by Project Manager.
- Adherence to deploy processes and tools usage (e.g., NDP-c/d)
- Rollout Progress Monitoring and Control with relevant Stakeholders (rollout manager, procurement, supply chain, Global Service Delivery) for the region
- Manage demand planning of HW and materials in alignment with roll-out plan.
- Supporting Customer Project Manager for good receipts of the materials for the project
- Risk management and coordination for various issues with respective stakeholders.
- Initiate change and claim and process it according to laid procedures.
- Managing, and accepting/rejecting service supplier work.
- Manage the compliance towards Quality and Health & Safety
- Supplier Management and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other engineering or related studies
- At least 10 years’ experience in carrier networks with 3 to 4 years in rollout of Telecom solutions for telecom carrier.
- At least 3 years’ telecom rollout project management, Quality Management and Subcontractor Management, and Health & Safety Management experience.
- Practical knowledge of Telecom site rollout including BTS, MW, Antenna System installation and commissioning complete with electrical works including Rectifier, Battery and Generator with earthing systems.
- Preferred Trainings or certifications: Deploy Microwave Wavence Services and Solutions, 5G Telecom Network Planning.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Able to provide rotational 24x7 standby on-call support
- Able to work on weekend and public holidays during critical project deployment phases
