Procurement Executive (Buyer/ SAP/ Coupa/ Pharma)

Salary : Up to $5500 depending on experience

Our client is a fully integrated, global immunotherapy powerhouse who have been working on automated and digitized processes and build continuously capabilities for specialized manufacturing, either for individualized vaccines or for large-scale products like COVID-19 vaccine.
Job Purpose
- Supports business in the preparation for digital systems roll-out and routine operations in a start-up environment for procurement operation.
Responsibilities
- Works with the wider organization and the Procurement team on-site to deliver support for the business systems used in day-to-day business operations.
- Supports the key users in the roll-out and implementation of ERP system (i.e. Coupa and SAP).
- Supports business in the creation and maintenance of organizational records by developing effective monitoring tools to support good records management.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders and acts as an effective business partner to support the commercial activities within the organization.
- Interacts with Finance and the Legal team for daily operations and to resolve operational roadblocks.
- Manages site level and/or business-led projects and initiatives as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess great business acumen with good hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes.
- Possess good understanding of suppliers’ landscapes within SG and APAC region, independent, resourceful and can drive and engage stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Able to collaborate positively with all levels in a cross-matrix environment.
- Resilient, adaptable and can navigate through ambiguity, competing priorities and limited resources in a typical start-up environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, SAP S4/Hana ERP system.
- Experience in the use of SAP and Coupa.
