Job Description:
- The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System
- Engage stakeholders and end-users to grasp needs, issues, and desired outcomes.
- Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.
- Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions.
- Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained certification in Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
