Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Execute the daily operation of the materials warehouse, chemical storage, and other designated storage areas.
- Material Movements: Responsible for all materials movements at the warehouse and ensuring stock accuracy.
- Equipment Preservation: Ensure preservation is carried out on related equipment and spares.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the running of the warehouse operation, including picking and packing based on customer order reservations.
- Quality Control: Check the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing goods.
- Inventory Management: Perform monthly stock counts, maintain stock balance, and conduct yearly stock take.
- Material Handling: Manage stock movements, inspect goods, preserve materials, and stage materials in a timely manner.
- System Transactions: Perform system transactions (GR/GI) in SAP.
- HSSE Responsibilities: Act as HSSE Focal point, ensuring all health, safety, security, and environmental standards are met.
Experience and Qualification:
- At least 1-2 years of related experience
- Familiar with computer applications
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- PSA Forklift license
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Minimum education requirement: O/A level and above
