Job Description

We are searching for a talented and analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Analytics, Funnel Tracking, and Optimization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our digital funnels, enhance user experience, and drive conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement tracking solutions, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy to track user interactions and behavior across digital platforms and funnels.
  • Translate business requirements across channels, markets into MarTech solution.
  • Educate and inspire cross-functional teams on funnel analysis techniques to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for streamlining the customer journey.
  • Develop hypotheses for optimization initiatives and A/B tests to validate improvements and drive conversion rate improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to identify opportunities for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate experiment results and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
  • Develop regional dashboard template for monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of optimization efforts, making data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics, funnel tracking, and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics and A/B testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and A/B testing platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies related to hypothesis testing and experiment design.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in frontend coding languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or related areas is a plus.
