Responsibilities
- Build the Lean-agile capability. Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices.
- Act as a change agent and help leaders and teams embrace Agile values such as adaptability, customer-centricity, and empowerment, and support the shift from traditional command-and-control structures to self-organizing, autonomous teams.
- Foster a culture of agility and lean thinking by working closely with leaders, teams and subject matter experts to help them understand and adopt agile principles and practices.
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events to educate individuals and teams on Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Employ a variety of creative techniques to coach individuals and teams in Agile and Lean practices, adapting your approach to fit the unique needs of different groups within the organization.
- Partner with teams to identify challenges and inefficiencies within processes. Guide them in employing Agile methodologies to devise strategic solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Cultivate a sustainable environment where Agile values and principles are practiced consistently, leading by example and encouraging a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous feedback.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Have SPC certification with extensive hands-on experience implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in complex environments.
- Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
- 5+ years of experience as agile coach.
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification as an Agile coach or scrum master.
