Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to determine their goals, needs, and budget for the interior design project as well as managing clients expectation.
- Perform site survey, produce design concepts and space planning, including color schemes, materials, textures, and furniture layouts, that align with the client's vision and functional requirements.
- Produce detailed interior design plans, drawings, and brief 3D Visualizer team to render 3D perspective drawing.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept.
- Conduct presentation of design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Communicate and coordinate with contractors, partner vendors, building management, authorities and internal team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Oversee installation and implementation of design elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Enhance design capabilities with updated industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation according to ISO requirements, including contracts, design specifications, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office is a must
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Interior Design, preferably specializing in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Competent knowledge and Passion for excellence in Design
- Creative, flexible and innovative
- Pro-activeness in getting work done and good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous, highly organized and efficient
