ADMIN SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
- Assist the company to lead and supervisor a team of admin staff on all administrative functions including training of new staff
- Review the performance of admin staff, identify training needs and backups
- Review and recommend enhancement to improve admin workflows and processes to minimize manual input and increase operational efficiency
- Ensure all new placements are uploaded into the system on a timely manner
- Manage client's requirements including handling of enquiries and meeting service level for collection services
- Ensure timely updates and submission of client's reporting
- Ensure compliance in accordance to assignment process
- Perform quality checks on new assignments, billings, reports and invoicing
- Check to ensure timely revenue updates for management reporting
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements :
- Candidate should possess at least a Degree / Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel including V LOOKUP and PrivotTable
- Meticulous and strong with numbers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A fast and independent worker
- Energetic, self-driven and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
