PART B: EXPERIENCE & SKILL-SET REQUIRED
· Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Equivalent.
· At least 5-years of relevant working experience.
· Experience in private residential and Design & Build projects are added advantage.
· Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONSQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint).
· Good team player with strong leadership skills.
