Operating Theatre Assistant/Technician[5.5 days /Central/Healthcare]

Job Scope:

1. Prepare operating rooms before surgeries, ensuring cleanliness, and availability of necessary equipment.
2. Assist surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile conditions.
3. Transfer patients to and from the operating room, ensuring their comfort and safety.
4. Dispose of surgical waste and biohazard materials according to established protocols.
5. Support nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
6. Adhere strictly to infection control and safety procedures to minimize risks.
7. Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and ensure their availability.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification or training in healthcare assistance preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
6. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients and equipment.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
