Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated operations executive to join our team. This role will work closely with the founding team to scale our operations. The ideal candidate will have proven records in executing operations in businesses, and a passion for working in a startup environment. This individual will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the founding team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations across the organization.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing operational partnerships and opportunities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for pets and the pet care industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience in the pet care or tech industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
