Seeking Dynamic, Energetic and Reliable E-Commerce Associate
Company seeks a reliable candidate focused on order entries, order fulfilment and delivery scheduling. This candidate will have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business as he/she will work across all the different teams. Nutrition Asia Group is an enterprising distribution business established in 2009, representing a range of high quality sports nutrition and lifestyle products from the US, Europe, Australia and NZ. Nutrition Asia has expanded its business footprint aggressively over the past 5 years with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. We work and supply, sport, fitness, grocery, and specialty channels and continue to grow into new and expanded areas.
Responsibilities will include:
· Assist on day-to day operations of eCommerce business
· Input a large volume of orders into the ERP system
· Provide administrative support including scheduling deliveries and coordinating communication
· Coordinating customer service to address issues or concerns
· Prepare and upload product listing including content on the eCommerce platform
· Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
· Communicate with the team if any problems occur
· Being involved in the E-commerce department growth
Requirements:
· Meticulous, detail oriented, efficient
· GCE 'O' and above
· 1-2 years’ experience in E-commerce marketplaces is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
· Ability to meet challenges, deadlines, and work in a revenue focused environment
· Keep up to pace of the ever changing E-Commerce environment
· Need to work for 1-2 Hours on the weekend for order processing (Allocated time off will be given)
