- A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school
- 7 -10 years relevant experience in Sap Service Management implementation preferably with ECC 6.0
- Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as SM designer with second-ary skills of Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules or plant Maintenance Module.
- We are looking for all round experts that have experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order Management, delivery and invoice and integra-tions with other modules such as SD, MM and FI/FICO
- Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important to ensure that we have the requirements clearly aligned with the business stakeholders.
- Able to lead and drive delivery of an IT solution or GAPs to capture business requirements from various stakeholders
- Some hands-on experience on related SAP ECC HR module will be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast- paced environment, multi tasks on various allocations and handle stressful situations.
- Hands on experience in S4 HANA CRM or SM will be an advantage
