Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Support customers through the loan application process
- Generate and manage loan contracts
- Explain loan details and complete contract signings
Required Skills:
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Minimum O Level with 4 credits or higher
- Meticulous in data entry
