Job Summary:
- Working location: Central
- Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am – 6.00pm
- Salary range: up to SGD 3,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
Primary Responsibilities
- Process payroll bi-monthly
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations for foreign staff work passes.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including letters, forms, and appraisals throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Address employee relations and grievances.
- Administer training, including preparing materials and collecting feedback.
- Assist with government grant applications and claims.
- Conduct and manage outlet staff interviews, including scheduling and feedback.
- Oversee and review HQ employees' leave reports.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR files and employee records.
- Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure proper HR document processing.
- Support additional tasks, such as organizing staff events, department meetings, and other company activities.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in multiple languages to liaise with foreign workers.
- Technical skills knowledge with Timesoft Payroll is an advantage.
