We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including payroll and commission calculation, job postings, and basic HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with payroll and commission calculations.
· Job postings on various job boards on a timely manner.
· Perform general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and other employee letters as needed.
· Support the HR team in ad-hoc task (Accounts / HR & Operations).
Requirements:
· Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administrations, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of HR principles and practices compliance with MOM.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
· Able to translate English HR memo to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff
. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
