Our client is one of the leader in aviation industry, they are currently hiring an operation specialist to support FW's welfare. The Operation Specialist is responsible for site and housing visiting plus Learning and development matter of Employees within the company in direct communication with the Training Leader and Deputy Site Leader.

Essential responsibilities:
Workers’ welfare administration, coordination, and support of Foreign Worker Tenant service (FWTES).
- Contract tracing on worker’s employment and residing location. Acting as the first point of contact for Foreign Worker queries on housing.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Support HR as needed when FW need to return to home country on an urgent basis.
Training development administration, coordination, and support for training activities such as.
- Talent Development and On-Job-Training (OJT) program
- Liaise with education institution and government agencies, auditors and other external parties when necessary.
Maintain proper filing, archiving of supporting documents for audit purpose.
