We are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual to join our team at GRUB Singapore. We own a group of restaurants and are looking for someone to handle reservations and customer service for the group.
Requirements for applicants:
- Have a strong written and spoken command of English
- Be detail-oriented and independent with tasks given
- Be able to work with colleagues from different departments
- Enjoy solving problems and delivering excellent customer service
- Be able to handle pork and alcohol
Job Scope
- Manage reservations hotline (phone and whatsapp)
- Manage online store order fulfilment
- Assist with event coordination & marketing
- Assist with on-ground customer service at restaurant
- Assist with finance and admin tasks
