We are looking to employ IT Support Specialist for our company daily IT operation supports. Which will be responsible for:
· Provide end-users technical support and conduct trouble-shooting/maintenanceon hardware, software, and other computer services.
· Provide system administration and technical support services to account owners.
· Monitor server connection, make sure all VPN in different office locations are connected and function properly.
· Monitor and maintain security system, make sure company network under protection, and report immediately if risk(s) found.
· Manage company website, including but not limited to update information, advertising, etc.
Basic requirements:
· Diploma and above degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent;
· 3-5 years relevant job experience;
· Experience in daily IT operation supports on server and Networks;
· Familiar with firewall Windows Domain, FortiClient, QNAP, Clouds and Data Management;
· Business Ethics, Humble and Polite and professional;
· Willing to travel when needed;
