Job Responsibilities:

Operation Management:

Supervise the daily operation of KTV and ensure the smooth operation of various departments.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Manage and optimize supply chain and inventory to ensure sufficient equipment and materials.

Customer Service:

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and suggestions.

Develop customer service standards and train employees to ensure high-quality service.

Employee Management:

Recruit, train and manage employees, motivate employees to improve work efficiency and service quality.

Develop employee assessment and reward system to maintain team morale.

Financial Management:

Responsible for formulating and managing budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability.

Review financial statements, monitor financial performance and ensure financial health.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers.

Analyze market trends and competitors and adjust business strategies.

Safety and Hygiene:

Ensure the safety and hygiene of KTV environment and comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent safety hazards.

Business Development:

Explore new business opportunities and develop new service items or products.

Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.

Job requirements:

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Financial management and budget control skills.

Marketing and customer service experience.

Other requirements:

Flexible working hours, able to adapt to night shifts and weekend work.

High sense of responsibility and professionalism.
