Accountant
- Working location: Kallang Place (Near Geylang Bahru/ Bendemeer/ Boon Keng/ Kallang MRT)
- Working hours: 830am to 6pm
- Working day: Mon-Fri
- Salary: $5000 - $6000
Roles & Responsibility
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required.
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/IRAS), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
- Responsible for issuance of Invoices, Packing List, Delivery Order and Statement of Accounts for Clients.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Office Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office
