Requirements Analysis: The Solution Architect works closely with development team stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives. They analyze these requirements in-depth, translating them into technical specifications and knowledage that address both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Technical Expertise: With a deep understanding of technology and systems architecture, the Solution Architect brings technical expertise to the table. They evaluate technology options, propose innovative solutions, and make informed recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication is crucial for a Solution Architect. They engage with stakeholders at various levels, articulating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. They facilitate discussions, address concerns, and build consensus around the proposed solution.

Minimum Education/Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.

-Facilitating workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and address concerns.
Project Experience: Candidates should have practical project experience in architecting and system architect for real-world business scenarios. This includes: Experience working on projects with high concurrency, low latency, or other demanding performance requirements. Involvement in projects involving distributed systems, microservices architecture, or cloud-based solutions. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with DevOps processes and methodologies.
Technical Competencies
-Development skill: Experience with Java, Node.js, multi-threading, JVM, Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, etc.), message queues(Kafka, ActiveMQ), Redis and Elasticsearch. Able to utilize them flexibly, understand their principles, configurations, optimization methods and common trouble shooting approaches.
-Development Frameworks: Familiar with Spring-based and NestJS frameworks and related development processes, including SpringBoot and SpringCloud development frameworks.
-Code capability: have good coding taste, be familiar with common design patterns, have good analytical ability and have good written expression ability.
-Project Experience: Have practical project experience in high concurrency/low latency and other business scenarios, and can solve complex online technical problems.
-Container service: With container and container arrangement experience (docker and k8s), service mesh experience, can independently design the cloud network component architecture of large-scale application systems.
-DevOps: Familiar with GitOps, DevOps processes and Infrastructure as code (IaC).
-Project Management: Certificated in Agile management or PMP is preferred.
-Cloud Infra: Experience with any public cloud, while experience with AWS Cloud or Huawei Cloud is preferred.
