- Proposed A&A to existing building for use as laboratory facility
- Min 8 (construction and DLP) months contract
Requirements
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Mechanical & Electrical works.
- Particular experience in supervision of laboratory works
- Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as site M&E Resident Technical Officer
- Experience in A&A works and particularly strong in Mechanical Services is preferred
- Able to start immediately or with short notice
