JOB SUMMARY

Drive all aspects of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compliance, Recruitment and Selection, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement & Relations, Career Development etc. across SEA.


SCOPE OF WORK

Strategic Implementations and compliance

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and direction.

- Ensure legal compliance and best practices based on the country's Labour Employment Laws.

- Actively involved in strategic planning, policy formulation and implementation.


Manpower Planning & Recruitment

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all regional offices.

- Review and update job descriptions and competencies of employees.

- Provide business partnering support to country managers in the region to ensure optimal manpower resource allocation.

- Manage HR budgets and workforce planning.


Compensation & Benefits

- Analyze salary reports and data to determine a competitive compensation plan.

- Review and design a competitive compensation & benefit framework for staff of all levels.

- Review and propose annual increment and variable bonus.


Performance Management

- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Drive the performance management programs, identify talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines.


Training & Development

- Assess training needs, implementing training framework and progression plans of employees.


Employee Relations, Welfare & Communications

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

- Maintain two-way channels of communications to keep managers and employees informed on business matters and company directions.

- Oversee employee relations and facilitate staff engagement within the company eg. Implementing Employee Engagement Surveys annually.

- Review the Company's employee welfare and benefits program.


Requirements

  • Deg with 3-5 years of regional HR experience in a SEA setting
  • Comfortable with an individual contributor role
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws & legislations
  • 5 days week
