JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling of customer telephone calls
- Generate customers' quotations
- Process customers' sales orders
- Follow up on customers' outstanding deliveries
- Liaise with Store Dept on delivery status
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Nitec in Office Skills/N Level
- Strong believe in customer service
- Good communication skills
