This role focuses on creating and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance. It involves providing technical assistance and support to users, resolving issues quickly and effectively, and ensuring a positive user experience. Key responsibilities include automation, troubleshooting problems, and delivering solutions to enhance overall system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues and defects in production.
- Participate in pre-production and production deployment activities in the PCF environment.
- Able to write scripts and automate processes.
- Able to write SQL queries and monitor database performance.
- Take initiative in following up with various teams until the product is shipped to production.
- Self-organize and manage priorities while delivering work in Scrum Teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Python and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with relational databases like MariaDB and MySQL.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch and Grafana.
- Ability to manage business and provide timely updates on issues and resolutions.
- Capacity to handle capacity management and provide suggestions on capacity requirements.
- Responsibility for application stability.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to policies in accessing different production systems.
- Compliance with policies in production deployments.
