Job Summary:
The Project Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting project operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes and fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams and clients. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to call centre operations, claim submissions, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manning the service call hotline and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for call handling.
- Logging and documenting all incoming calls, issues, and resolutions.
- Collecting service reports and compiling claim summaries.
- Packaging claim submissions according to specified schedules.
- Providing regular updates and summaries on claim status to management or Direct Superior.
- Maintaining strong communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and supervising day-to-day administrative duties as necessary.
- Tracking company vehicle records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Facilitating clearance applications and ensuring timely approvals.
- Performing additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least N Level or O Level or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Minimum 1-year related experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
