ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEX in 2007 (Stock code: 2020.HK). For many years, ANTA Sports has been principally engaging in the design, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including shoes, apparel and accessories to Chinese consumers. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE and KOLON SPORT, and by setting up an investor consortium to successfully acquire Amer Sports in 2019, a global sportswear group that has internationally recognized brands including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, Atomic, etc. ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage priorities and support critical initiatives for the Group President, who's the top leader of Anta Southeast Asia.
- Analyse internal and external data, to support and recommend new ideas and solutions to executive leadership in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Take ownership of standard reports & presentations, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery, while continuing to make improvements.
- Deep dive in data analysis on sales status, market trends, brand and competitor analysis to provide insights and suggestions.
- Assist Group President to set up retail business plans and KPIs for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and any future new markets.
- Lead ad-hoc business questions to drive product, channel and country sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management consulting or business analysis environment.
- Solid data analysis and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, preferably on retail apparel, fashion or sports industry.
- A self-driven, progressive-minded individual with an entrepreneurial and fighting spirit.
- Strong planning, organization, time management and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing and complex environments.
- Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
- High proficiency in the English language. Ability in the Mandarin language is a plus for liaison with Group President and counterparts from China.
- Passion about sports is a must.
