Branch Director - Taiwan Trade Center, Singapore
Job Description
- Lead the Singapore Branch: Direct and manage all operations and personnel.
- Develop and implement action plans to promote and sell the company's services and products, aiming to meet B2B sales targets and increase market share.
- Strategic Contribution: As a senior management team member, contribute to the strategic direction of the Branch. Execute and authorize business engagements, contracts, and declarations on behalf of the Branch.
- External Relations: Represent the Singapore Branch and build business networks. Maintain positive relations with Singapore authorities, governmental agencies, and business clients.
- Liaison Role: Act as the liaison between the Singapore Branch and relevant departments in the Taiwan Headquarters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global colleagues.
- Financial Management: Plan, manage, and execute the Branch’s annual budget and manpower estimation. Control and operate the Branch’s finances cost-efficiently.
- Contract Management: Negotiate, initiate, extend, and/or terminate contractual relationships with employees, contractors, subcontractors, and business vendors.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in professional systems, including Microsoft Office and Facebook advertising.
- Skills: Excellent multitasking, communication, negotiation, leadership, and people management skills in an international environment to foster a positive workplace.
- Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies and unexpected situations.
- Problem-Solving: Quick to react and solve complex problems with attention to detail.
- Experience: Extensive experience and deep knowledge in B2B sales.
