Mashwire is an integration agency based in Singapore, committed to connecting people and ideas to create meaningful relationships. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us grow our business across Mashwire.


We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive with a strong network and a knack for sales. This commission-driven role requires someone who can understand our products and initiatives, suggest appropriate packages, and bring in new business to drive Mashwire's growth.


Your typical day may include:

  • Sales Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and securing new accounts to drive sales numbers.
  • Managing Entire Sales Cycle: Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
  • Networking: Leveraging your existing network and expanding it to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Meetings: Conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Crafting compelling proposals and packages that showcase our services and meet client needs.
  • Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Digital) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.


We’d love to have a chat if you have:

  • Minimum diploma/degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • A well-established network of contacts within relevant industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • A strong understanding of client needs and the ability to propose solutions that deliver value.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Hands-on, willing to learn and grow with the agency.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation to excel in a commission-based role with a focus on achieving sales targets.
